The wife of Bauchi state Governor, Hajiya Dr. Aishatu Mohammed will be decorated “Philanthropic 1st Lady North-East” as well as member, Philanthropic Community of Nigeria PCN, at the forthcoming Nigeria Philanthropy Awards (NPA), billed for 14th Sept. 2019 following her nomination and topping the chart among other nominees in the region.

The category which is dedicated to first ladies of the six geo-political zones is to decorate an individual who has done exceptionally in the wellbeing of her people and Dr. Aisha Bala Mohammed has thrived significantly through her foundation Al-muhibbah which aims at rehabilitating and modernizing dilapidated cemeteries but has delved into seeing to the welfare of the less privilege and vulnerable people in the society.

The organisers said her nomination came from different individuals testifying to benefiting from her benevolence not just as First Lady but as a person who finds joy in giving hoping that God rewards and it goes a long way to showing that she has got a golden heart and needs to be appreciated which will spur her interest to do more and make the world a better for all.

She will also be inducted into the Nigeria Philanthropic Community, PCN as its a ritual for awardees to automatically become members of the community. In its unquenchable quest to keep affecting lives positively, Al-Muhibbah foundation is also organizing a fundraising festival slated 31st August, 2019 at El-Amin School, Maitama where proceeds from the event will be used to support humanity.
