Princess Mercy Odey Abu, a Nigerian Fashion Designer, Model/Beauty Queen was born May, 7th in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State but a native of Bekwara L.G.A of Cross River State, Nigeria. Queen Mercy was registered in a military school at her early age in Victoria Island for early education.

After primary education, her Majesty proceeded to a missionary school, Saint Catherine’s Collage at Abakpa, Ogoja, Cross River State, her State of origin, after which she immediately got admission into the prestigious University of Calabar to study Linguistics & Communication and presently in her 300level.

5.11 feet Tall born Queen Mercy with much love for modelling enrolled under House of Romix Modelling Agency in 2014 and tested her ability in the pageantry during the 2014 Cross River State Most Beautiful Girl but stopped at top 10 losing to the winner of the year. Her Majesty’s philosophy that says “Never Say Never” prompted her to give it a second trial in the 2017 Miss Goodwill Ambassador Nigeria and became the winner and crowned 2017/2018 Miss Goodwill Ambassador Nigeria.

Queen Mercy with large heart to accommodate and carter for the downtrodden in the society journey into Miss Goodwill Ambassador Nigeria in search of organization that will give her better opportunity to affect lives positively and has great interest in educating the less privilege, Her Majesty set aside 7th May annually as her Cloth A Child a day she visit the orphanages to distribute clothes and other gift items to commemorate her Birthday.

Queen Mercy who has been in the forefront of teaching the children in secondary schools the Act of dressing nicely as her part of giving back to the society once tour schools within Cross River with her Look Good & Classic project is also the CEO of Bliss Embellisher that is into Makeup, Bespoke Female wears, Wardrobe Styling as well as Modelling.
