Abuja base event promoter, Alexandre Ajagbonna has berated the outburst of some coalition of Nigeria entertainers over perceived marginalization by Federal Inland Revenue Service headed by Dr. Babatunde Fowler in events sponsorship and support.

Ajagbonna who is the organizer of the apex pageant, Face of Democracy Nigeria (FDN) in a press release made available to brickswrites argued that the allegation from this body is baseless and lacks powers to instigate Nigerians or federal Government against the chairman of FIRS as intended.

Alexandre also challenged the body led by Amb. Keunle Nwiya to produce evidence that the FIRS Boss is bias as alleged or forever keep quiet in order not to mislead the public against the government of nepotism and tribalism as the federal government is doing its best through Ministries, parastals and agencies for fair allocations.

The event promoter added that FIRS was not created to support events but out of its magnanimity has found it useful to sponsoring events in order to use the platforms to encourage Nigerians to pay their taxes and shouldn’t be taken for a right where individuals or unrecognized body would want to throw tantrum on.

He however mentioned names to include Alibaba, Akpororo, Okey Bakassi, Buchi, Shortcut, Funny Bone, Wailmouth, MC Galaxy, Faze, MC Bob, Bovi, Chuck D General, Acapela, Pencil, MC Shakara, Emaka Smith, Ajebo, Yaw, Mc Amana and a host of others who are beneficiaries of this magnanimity, yet not from the South West. He urged the FIRS disregard the claims and remain focus and diligent in his duties and continue to support entertainers
